Very old chinoiserie scarf has a delightful design of Chinese figures running around the border. The centre features motifs of trees and temples. Two selvedge and two hemmed edges. Label says "Artificial silk. Made in Italy", so most likely rayon - 1930s.

Good. There are a number of faint age spots, some very minor discoloration at two corners, and two pin prick sized holes.
