Advice for Road Runners: The On Men's Cloudstratus 3 Running Shoes are designed to help you to keep moving forward in comfort.

Underfoot Feel

The midsole of the On Cloudstratus 3 Running Shoes is a double layer of CloudTec® cushioning. The midsole material itself is On's Helion™ superfoam - which delivers soft landings and then helps you to spring forward.

While the Cloudstratus 3's cushioning feels very protective, the main sensation is propulsion. That's because a new nylon Speedboard® runs the entire length of the midsole.

Finally, the base has been designed to avoid stones collecting in the outsole.

Upper Fit

Not only does the upper of the On Cloudstratus 3 running shoes look amazing, it's ultra-comfortable. Expect the upper to feel plush, breathable and supportive.

Ideal Run Type

At Run4It, we suggest using the On Men's Cloudstratus 3 running shoes for steadier paced runs and long distance runs. That's because the midsole makes it easier to sustain a set pace, and feels comfortable when you're on your feet for a long time. By steady, we mean runs that are above the pace of your easy effort days.

Having said that, the On Cloudstratus 3 Running Shoes are suited to slower runs too. Especially if you prefer a more responsive underfoot feel.

Sizing Advice

Shoe size is a personal preference and everyone's feet are different, but we want to ensure you avoid any pain or discomfort from bruised toenails, rubbing, blistering or pins and needles.

Your running shoes should have enough width to allow you to spread your toes and should have some space at the front (we recommend having a half to one thumb's width of space from the end of your longest toe to the front of your running shoes).

This usually means that your running shoe will be at least a half size bigger than your regular shoe size though this can vary from brand to brand.
